What stood out the most was how willing Nick was to help with absolutely anything we needed. During our inspection, he even offered to walk our dogs. Nick also went the extra mile when it came to getting our house ready for the open house. He arranged for someone to come to our home and give us helpful tips and recommendations on how to present the house in the best possible way. He helped get everything set up and made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. He was also incredibly helpful navigating all of the township requirements, permits, inspections, and paperwork. What can I say about Nick that has not already been said. Nick is very helpful and it's very apparent that he takes his job seriously , does his research and really understands the workings of different homes and can lend guidance to prospective home buyers on things they should look out for, resources that they may be able to to get, even down to helping test the fire pit in my case. Even my family noted how helpful he was and that he seemed like a great agent just based on the limited time they spent with him during our home inspection. This home buying process has been overwhelming but not difficult with the help and support of Nick and his team and for that I'm thankful.
