Patricia Mozgai of REMAX Competitive Edge was our real estate agent for the sale of our home at 8 Windy Hill Rd, Metuchen, NJ. She was wonderful. We were compelled by circumstance to move out of state on short notice, so she had to handle the sale without us on site. She did it beautifully and kept us informed at every step. Since we were away, she had to attend to all the details of staging for an open house and viewing. She priced the house at a level that seemed high to us but immediately got offers at or above. She guided us through the nerve-wracking stages of accepting an offer, getting an initial contract, gathering the information requested by the buyers, and explained the many, many forms we had to fill out. She was our rock during negotiations and coordinated closely with us and our attorney to get to a final deal. What stood out most was how little we had to worry, despite handling this entire sale from a distance. Patricia treated our home like it was her own responsibility to protect, not just a listing to close. She was patient with our long-distance questions, quick to respond no matter the hour, and always a step ahead of problems before they became stressful. Given everything we had going on with the move itself, having an agent we could fully trust to manage things on the ground made all the difference. The house sale that Gerry was involved with was "intricate" to say the least.
