Excellent buyer's/seller's agent! As a first time homebuyer, Nancy was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. She had a network of professionals readily available and eager to help. I had no problems working with the mortgage broker and bank/closing attorney she recommended. They were all very knowledgeable and able to solve any problems that did come my way. My range of cities and towns, were all over the place. Nancy was patient and attended open houses with me, letting me do the initial walkthrough and decide whether it's a good fit without interjecting her opinion until I asked her what she thought. In such a competitive and fast moving market, she was always ready to show me properties on short notice, submit offers with quick deadlines, and go the extra mile in really getting to know what I am looking for. She was able to recommend properties within my criteria and sometimes a few outside the box properties that helped filter my preferences. I am very thankful for having Nancy as my buyer's agent.
