I have known Ashley for over 20 years, and she has been an outstanding real estate professional for as long as I have known her. She first helped guide me through the purchase of my very first condo in Boston many years ago, and more recently she helped me purchase the property I am reviewing here. That purchase took place during an especially challenging real estate environment, with homes selling at extreme prices, many all-cash offers, and contingencies routinely being waived. Even at the height of that market, Ashley had the insight and confidence to structure an offer that allowed us to finance the deal while still keeping an inspection contingency in place. It was truly remarkable that her guidance helped us secure the home despite inspection waivers being the norm at the time. Ashley is a consummate professional. She is thoughtful, strategic, and always focused on protecting her clients’ interests without losing sight of what it takes to win in a competitive market. Beyond her work with me directly, she also went out of her way to help my parents when they were struggling to buy a home in New Hampshire and their agent was not providing strong guidance. Ashley stepped in purely as a consultant, on her own time and with no compensation. She assessed the strategy, made multiple recommendations that saved time and improved efficiency, and ultimately helped position them to secure the home for $50,000 less than they were prepared to offer. She did this simply to help, which speaks volumes about her character. I recommend Ashley without hesitation. She brings deep experience, sound judgment, and genuine integrity to everything she does, and she is exactly the type of agent you want in your corner, especially in difficult markets.

We recently had Paul representing us for the sale and purchase of homes in Hopkinton. Both were complicated for a variety of reasons. Paul was an excellent representative who helped navigate these complexities with grace, professionalism, expertise, kindness, and a great attitude which made it fun to work with him. The sale of our house was of particular merit to him and his team. He was a great steward of our property (he created great marketing material) and knew its worth and stuck to it through a couple of failed buyer experiences. Our purchase was plagued by legal challenges by neighbors over property disputes that he helped us to process and learn how to approach intelligently. Overall, he is an outstanding realtor who I will definitely be referring friends and colleagues to in the future. He is an asset to our community.

We were charged with preparing my sisters condo for sale. We met with Pat. He was experienced with prior sales in our development. His pricing was on the mark. Being close to the holidays was a concern to us, however Pat had a feel for the market and he advised us perfectly. The potential buyers were solid. We agreed with the eventual new owner, and we were on our way to closing Pat delivered on what he said. We would work with Pat again.

I only gave Robin 5 stars because there are no opportunities to give her 10. The selling of my property was complex with multiple owners, complex family dynamics, and a tremendous amount of well-loved belongings and decor that had to be transplanted. Additionally, Robin was able to guide us right through what had to be repaired and updated, while being sensitive to expense. She has the unusual ability to be very punctual, multi task without compromising the quality of her work, and succinctly explain each segment of the selling process. Not only would I highly recommend her, but I would absolutely choose her every time for any real estate transaction I need managed with tremendous expertise and diplomacy! Koodos!
