I had an estate sale and I had very little knowledge about selling a house. Carolyn was great I interviewed 3 Real estate companies and lucky for me I picked Wolfe because of Carolyn. She is very knowledgeable and explains it so anyone can understand. I didn't have a lot of time to take care of things at the house we were selling. Carolyn arranged to have the fire alarms inspected had the house cleaned and prepared for the open house. Anything she said she would do she did without me asking her a second time. We sold the house for the asking price ( which was the highest price of the 3 Real estate companies I talked with). Carolyn made the selling of my parents home painless and worry free I would highly recommend her to anyone. It was a pleasure dealing with her and I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again. Jim

Corinne is a truly helpful and experienced agent. She helps us find our house with a great price. Before getting the house, she is always there to filter out the right candidates, show us them, compare their pros and cons, and analytically suggest a reasonable yet competitive offer. Yu is a fantastic agent! She is not a "passive" agent who helps you to schedule an appointment or show you around. She tries to understand what a customer wants and needs (there may be gaps between them!), and uses her experience and expertise to make a suggestion. At first, I didn't listen but the truth taught me. Every time she said, "This is not your house", but I went ahead to look at it, I couldn't agree with her more! The more I listened to her, the more I admired her kindness and professionalism. Another special about Yu is that she is good at "after-sale" services. I bought a house we like, then there are some, like who I should look for a carpenter, a contractor, a roofer...whenever I asked her, she responded to me with great information! It is not like, "ok, you got your house, and leave me alone!" Two thumbs up!
