Chris was amazing from beginning to end of the sale of my condo. It was my first home sale and he was able to answer any and all questions I had about the process. He kept me up to date on all of the communication as far as viewings and offers. Any hiccups in the process were communicated as well. He always had my best interests in mind and the sale closed quickly. If I was in the market to buy or sell, I can’t imagine going with anyone else.

I was surfing late night looking for properties, I find one that lists the next morning. I send Joe a text the day of listing, “can we get there today?” We had not talked in awhile He was there a few hours later to show me the property and place a bid. In today’s market, buyers have to move fast, Joe is that person for this market and all of them as a result. After showing, already two offers in. He gave great advice on how to win the bid, and we did. 💪🏻 Tons of hiccups in the process, he handled every one great. I appreciated the honesty in communication with the ups and the downs.
