By the way the first contact was after 7 pm on a Friday night to schedule a showing for a Saturday. We changed our mind from houses to condos and she stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. Not only negotiated a good buying price but signed a contract with them and our house wasn’t on the market yet. We listened to her suggestions for staging our home for sale and got several over asking price the first night. Super Bowl weekend to say the least. She worked on offers until late in the evening.
