Kevin was exceptionally full of information all every aspect from the beginning to the close. He communicated better than any other agent we have worked with.

I first reached out to Kevin to help me find a place to rent... and he asked me if I had considered purchasing a home instead. I was in a pickle at the moment, and needed to find somewhere fast so I hadn't considered purchasing a home (I assumed that process would take too long). He suggested I look into it to see what I could qualify for. He put me in touch with a mortgage broker immediately to see if I could qualify for a mortgage. I was approved and we began looking at homes within a week. Kevin was always a pleasure to meet up with, and really listened to my wants & needs while choosing homes to view. He was always very quick to respond, making the process of finding a home, fast- which was something I really valued in that moment. He also took the time to explain the whole process to me. Once we decided on a home & our offer was approved, he was able to provide resources I needed for an inspection & a plumbing inspection. We ended up finding mold in the attic during the inspection, and Kevin also had someone for that! We got a quote done right away, and had the original owners handle the mold removal prior to closing. I am still in my current home and absolutely love it. It was a great find, and Kevin & his team were amazing.

I felt like Kevin had my back through the whole process. He knew exactly what to look for when walking through a house, and was always available when I wanted to check out a listing. He had great insight for writing up a strong offer, and made sure everything went smooth all the way to closing. Thank you Kev!!

Kevin was nothing short of amazing when helping us purchase our home. As soon as our offer was accepted we had a very short window for inspections and he got them scheduled ASAP. The day of the main inspection we were locked out of the house and Kevin even climbed a ladder to see if any windows were unlocked because we needed to get in. Kevin went above and beyond for us and we highly recommend him!!
