My husband and I were looking to find a home for our newly blended family of five kids, one dog, and one talking parrot. We had a LOT of special parameters with 3 of our kids transferring to a new school, re-locating an hour away from where we lived, a house big enough for everyone to have their own space, etc. We needed to find a house, get an accepted offer, go through VA inspections and move all within a VERY short window of time. Michael was outstanding (and patient) in every way as he walked (ran) us through the process. I can say with 100% certainty that we would not be in our home if it wasn’t for him. He is amazing with getting it done, pushing to get results, expediting the processes and saving us money on the whole deal- which is almost unheard of in the current market. He did it! He even found us a house with a pool which was also on our wish list! I have known Michael for 25 years. He is a man of principle, integrity and high morals. He will not tell you things just to close the deal. He will be honest and straightforward with you, and he will be very persistent with other realtors (and inspectors) to get it done for you.
