My husband and I were looking to find a home for our newly blended family of five kids, one dog, and one talking parrot. We had a LOT of special parameters with 3 of our kids transferring to a new school, re-locating an hour away from where we lived, a house big enough for everyone to have their own space, etc. We needed to find a house, get an accepted offer, go through VA inspections and move all within a VERY short window of time. Moving out of state, Michael first spent the day touring homes with us. When we had time to talk that evening, we decided that none of the houses we toured truly felt like home. Upon speaking with our mortgage broker, we decided we would be able to buy a home in a price range above the one we had originally planned on. On such short notice, Michael quickly got us time slots to tour homes in the new price range the next day. We found a house we loved and quickly placed an offer that got accepted! However, after a disappointing inspection review, we did not end up purchasing that house. Michael was incredibly thoughtful and, as we did not want to travel out of state again, he quickly toured another home once the inspection failed. Based on the virtual tour Michael took us on and his positive outlook on this home for our family, we placed another offer! Excitingly, it got accepted! This has now been our home for over a month and we could not be more pleased.
