Selling, or buying a home is STRESSFUL. Denise and Melissa worked patiently with me for over a year when I purchased my home. When it was time to sell that property, they were the only people I was ever going to call. When I was ready, Melissa and Denise came over to the home and pointed out some minor things that needed repair, some outdoor surfaces has chipping paint, there was a basement window that was cracked, things like that. I followed their instructions to the letter. That instruction paid off, the home was listed, and just 3 days later a full price offer was received, and the only thing I had to do was replace a cracked outlet cover. Having a home READY for FHA financing makes a HUGE difference. These are the things that a valuable realtor will know, and they will be honest with you. Excellent communication throughout the process, my texts were returned within minutes, and the phone calls always answered. I could not have asked for more.
