Tracy went above and beyond helping me sell and find a new house. I believe we seriously looked at 20 homes in one day at one point!!!! She received a heads-up on a house that was coming on the market so we were able to see it ahead of time. With the price wars going on Tracy suggested a progressive bid (as I was out bid on several other homes). What a great concept. Was able to find my dream home and loving it!

Where do I begin. As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was getting into. The processes, the terms, all of it. Thank goodness for Connie. She understood that I had no idea what was going on half the time and she walked me thru the process. Asked questions to the Home Inspector that I missed. She didn’t just sell me a home, she walked room to room and pointed out things that I might have missed because I’m blind with excitement to be looking at a home. Extremely knowledgeable with how to fix things if needed. Costs of fixes with keeping your budget in mind. I never felt pushed into a home that I didn’t want. If you are a first time homebuyer or this is your 10th, use her. Absolutely use her. I couldn’t be anymore happier with choosing Connie to help me find my family’s first home. Thank you Connie!
