Her knowledge and friendly attitude was great! Carol would answer her calls when she was able to. If she was busy she would send a text saying she will call when she had a moment. We were never left hanging. When we needed answers to our questions she answered them right away. If she didn’t know, she would find out and get right back to us. Beyond being a realtor she was like a best friend. She would drive an hour away when we needed her to with no complaints…what a wonderful/sweet person she is. Great to work with. Brett is amazing! From the beginning he had a plan. We sat down briefly to walkthrough a realistic timeline. Between selling our house with another realtor & buying one with him, he helped every step of the way - on both sides when needed. This was my 3rd home buying experience & he was on the ball every step of the way. He got me a contact for our home up North & worked hand-in-hand to get things moving along. We hit some rough patches in the timeline, trying to sell our home, but with the open dialog we had, it didn't feel like much of an issue at all. Brett worked on both ends & communicated efficiently.
