As a first-time buyer with LOTS of family pressures, I was very overwhelmed and nervous to start this process. Thankfully, Ariel was referred to me by a close relative I knew to have extremely high standards, and I'm thrilled to say Ariel absolutely dunked 1000%. Even after I had to shift the goal-posts on my search parameters (several times), she never wavered. Always on-point with well-informed with WELL-WRITTEN opinions and references about comparative sales and neighborhoods. Action-oriented listener. Highly responsive via email, text, etc. She never made me feel uninformed or unprepared. Exhibit A; "the clipboard." (ikyky) I am a artist by trade, and I deeply appreciate her eye for detail and the passion she exhibits for her craft. I will be her customer for as long as she graces the West MI real estate industry. Diligent. Communicative. Patient. Fun. This sounds fake. It is not. You really have to just call her and find out for yourself. I can't thank her enough. You do it.
