Dayna has been a great help in my life and I can use the sale of my Grandmas house as an example. She supported me when I wanted to rehab the house. She advised me on improvements. She resourced additional help when I was overwhelmed. She guided me through the steps of getting the house on the market, knew the comparisons of homes in the area to get me return on our investments. Offered trusted advice during negotiations, on site to help with appraisal, options in response to counter offers and a team she trusts to help me through the closing process. This man is a very, very diligent worker, and professional in his field.

There were some problems with Huntington Bank and their agent &manger. He had to change me to another mortgage that was reliable and skillful in their proceeding. Mr. Brown left no rock/stone unturned. Through is skills were able to make a closing in time. He was able to answer my questions and lead me in the correct directions. Mr. Brown is the very best agent I have met.
