Faced with selling a 1910 2 bedroom city home in Grand Rapids, MI while living in NC. Our home had great curb appeal and great location. However the interior was showing its age and a 100 years of do it yourself construction. Karen stepped up and helped us from the start. Giving advice on what to do before listing, helping us find contractors and certification when we found foundation issues.
