Faced with selling a 1910 2 bedroom city home in Grand Rapids, MI while living in NC. Our home had great curb appeal and great location. However the interior was showing its age and a 100 years of do it yourself construction. Karen stepped up and helped us from the start. Giving advice on what to do before listing, helping us find contractors and certification when we found foundation issues. Since we live out of state she met with contractors and coordinated estimates. She kept daily communication open sharing potential buyer reviews. Gave us advice on pricing and when to adjust. Jason is a great person, not just a great realtor. Jason said our market average to sell our house was 100 days. Jason got it done in less than a month! He takes awesome photos of your home and markets it like a mad man. I would highly recommend Jason to sell my house. The next one he is selling for sure. Jason does great work.
