Marilyn is very responsive and is very good at getting back to you promptly if there are any questions! She goes above and beyond to make herself available to her clients.

Working with Marilyn to buy our first home was an absolute pleasure. From day one, her professionalism and deep market knowledge were on full display. She was incredibly responsive, guiding us through every step of the process, and was always available for any questions we had, especially because we were new to this process. Thanks to her years of experience and sharp negotiation skills, the final sale price exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend her!

Marilyn represented us in a recent vacant land sale. Her knowledge of the vacant land market was spot-on, which was a huge asset. She was responsive, efficient, and represented us well in negotiations. The next time I am looking for a real estate agent, whether buying or selling, I will hire Marilyn again without question. I think that really says it all. Thank you, Marilyn, for being such a valuable partner in this process.

As a first time home buyer, I am so grateful to Tammi for her expertise and guidance throughout the home buying process! She was a fierce advocate for me, gave intentional and personalized advice, and was responsive and communicative. Call Tammi!

Tammi and I have known each other for many years so it was easy to choose her when we decided to sell our home. She had good suggestions on how to prepare and show our home to prospective buyers. She is knowledgeable of the area and the type of buyer who will be interested in our home. She helped us through every step of the process, the listing, the showing the offers, and particularly the closing. Tammi was always available when we had an issue. We would use her again.

We can't recommend Tammi Ebenhoeh highly enough for anyone looking to sell their home. From our very first conversation, her deep knowledge of the business was obvious — she knows this market inside and out. What really set Tammi apart was how well she listened. She took the time to understand exactly what we needed and then worked tirelessly to make it happen. She has a real gift for reading the market and knew exactly when and how to suggest adjustments, always with clear, achievable goals that kept us moving forward with confidence instead of feeling overwhelmed. Selling a home is a complicated process, but Tammi has a talent for breaking it down into small, manageable steps from listing all the way to closing. Every stage felt organized and doable because of her guidance. She even went above and beyond to help us figure out storage and find temporary living space during the transition — that kind of support made a genuinely stressful time so much easier. If you're looking for an agent who combines real expertise with genuine care for her clients, Tammi is the one to call. We're so grateful for everything she did for us!
