Laura, thank you so much for this wonderful 5-star review! It was a pleasure helping you purchase your first home and find the perfect downtown Ann Arbor condo. We definitely had a few bumps along the way with the HOA, but I’m so glad we were able to work through everything and get you to the closing table. Your lender was a huge part of making that happen! And now, knowing our recommended painters and carpet guys are in there getting everything ready and that you LOVE it makes me so happy. I can’t wait for you to truly settle in and enjoy your new home! Thank you again for trusting me with such an important first purchase. I’m so happy for you, Laura!
