This is the second home Tammi has sold for us and both were sold within a week of listing at full asking price. Tammi has a knack for pricing homes. On the 513 unit, the price seemed high to me but she was confident in her research and experience. She prepared very professional marketing materials and followed up on every lead. In the case of the 513 unit, there were some problems with getting to closing but she was persistent in her communication with the buyer’s agent and made it happen. Tammi responds promptly to all emails and calls which really made us feel that everything was under control. She is a good agent if you want your property sold quickly at a competitive price, all issues addressed, and a smooth closing.

I found Tammi's realty service in our church bulletin. I mentioned Tammi to a friend who knew her and said she was very good. She met with my wife and I as introduction and we saw her deep experience. We signed up with her and she helped us through the entire process of listing, improving, staging and actually moving after the sale. When I got nervous about the process she gave me good advice to calm our nerves, The house was listed and was sold in a short period of time at a great price. We have moved and have good feelings about working with her and her team.

Tammi didn't just push us to buy a home, she waited patiently for us to find the right home, then aggressively helped us pursue said home. She showed us things we had no clue about and digged into all our questions with extreme diligence. Her knowledge before and after the home purchase was unparalleled and I'm glad we had her in our corner.

We just closed on our third purchase with Tammi. Things I have learned from working with her: she works harder than the vast majority of realtors; she finds ways to get an edge during the process; and she truly looks out for the financial interests of her clients through an uncanny “sense” or “feel” for the deal. From the hard working perspective, two things stand out. First, she is always working to advance the process at a speed that is consistent with our needs and goals. And she drives the process, bringing the other realtor along for the ride. And with our most recent purchase, Tammi spend a large portion of New Years Eve day with us visiting the property and structuring an offer despite having guests over at her house. But the thing that impresses me the most about Tammi has been her ability to accurately assess the strength of our position in the purchasing process. In our first purchase with Tammi, we had agreed on an offer price (a competitive situation) and at the last second I panicked and told her I wanted to increase our offer. Tammi calmly told me that she thought we were in a good position and to hold tight and stick with the plan. Lo and behold, Tammi was right! So not only did we pay less than we were willing to spend, but Tammi’s commission was less as well. With our most recent purchase, our offer was countered (a significant counter offer) by the seller. My wife and I were ready to accept the counter as we really wanted the property. However, Tammi told us that we should counter the sellers counter. Having faith in Tammi, from experience, we did in fact make a counter offer. And consistent with Tammi’s feel for the deal, our counter was accepted. Going forward there is nobody else that we would want to represent us in any real estate transaction
