Nicole was INCREDIBLE. She did so much research in coming up with the best price point, with stats to back it up. She used a great photographer to capture the beauty of our home. She kept us in the loop in regards to the transaction, always just a call or text away. I never felt like I was in the dark and never felt like any of my questions were silly. She added extra touches inside our home in preparation for the showings, to help highlight the updates we had made. We have moved several times and this was probably the smoothest sale we've had!
