Caitlyn was amazing to work with in finding our dream home - especially as first time home buyers. She walked us through every single step, kept us extremely updated all the way… and actually ended up being the one to suggest we go see the house we ended up buying! (After I had originally wrote it off) It was like she knew what we wanted more than we did! She was patient and accommodating when we had to being the kids along to showings and was just a fun and easy going person to go through this process with! Highly highly recommend working with her!

We had a fantastic experience working with our real estate agent during the sale of our home. From the very beginning, they were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome. They guided us through every step of the process, provided valuable advice on preparing our home for sale, and kept us informed throughout the entire transaction. Their marketing strategy and attention to detail helped generate strong interest, and our home sold quickly and smoothly. What stood out most was their professionalism, communication, and dedication. We always felt like a priority, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. Selling a home can be stressful, but they made the experience as seamless and stress-free as possible. We are extremely grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you for helping us successfully close this chapter and move on to the next!

Dan was very professional and helped guide us the entire way. In the demanding market we spend 6+ months finding the perfect house; Dan was very patient. We put in our best offer and even though we were not the highest offer but with Dans suggestion with the appraisal we ended up winning our dream home! I would not go with anyone else when looking for a home.
