Dan helped the reviewer buy this property

Great experience!

Dan was very professional and helped guide us the entire way. In the demanding market we spend 6+ months finding the perfect house; Dan was very patient. We put in our best offer and even though we were not the highest offer but with Dans suggestion with the appraisal we ended up winning our dream home! I would not go with anyone else when looking for a home.
