Caitlyn was amazing to work with in finding our dream home - especially as first time home buyers. She walked us through every single step, kept us extremely updated all the way… and actually ended up being the one to suggest we go see the house we ended up buying! (After I had originally wrote it off) It was like she knew what we wanted more than we did! She was patient and accommodating when we had to being the kids along to showings and was just a fun and easy going person to go through this process with! Highly highly recommend working with her!

Caitlyn was very supportive in our quest for a unique home with some property. We looked at 10 homes, 1 looked at 2x, and we spent anywhere from 15 min to 4 hours on each property. She offered advise and suggestions on each home and sort of became part of the decision process. When we made our offer, she worked proactively with the sellers representative to get us into our future home. Positive attitude and always quick to respond to a call or txt. In short, we love Caitlyn! We are thankful she reached out to us. It was during a time working with our second realtor, who just wasn't "working" for us. Caitlyn told me in our first conversation, she is motivated and works hard. She was telling the 100% truth. We feel like her only clients and that she gives her all. We have young children also, so we really appreciate her flexibility, patience, and understanding. After one year working with two different agents who just weren't cutting it, Caitlyn entered the picture and found us a new home within 4 months and helped us get our house sold right after. While it's always a stressful, life changing event- with kids MUCH more so - this was our time to move, and Caitlyn has made it very doable for our family of 5... Thank You Caitlyn!
