We have purchased two investment properties with Elijah this year and couldn't be happier. And during the time that we have gotten to know Elijah, we have found that he is just a good person overall, very down-to-earth and not pushy. We had an issue with a seller at closing where the seller didn't close their portion and the deal fell apart but Elijah got additional parties involved and revived the contract, negotiated with the seller and we were able to close two weeks later. We highly recommend using Elijah to buy or sell, whether it be personal or business, he has your best interests at heart!
