We have purchased two investment properties with Elijah this year and couldn't be happier. Elijah is easy to communicate with, honest, extremely knowledgeable (this is a breath of fresh air for us), professional and one of the hardest working Realtors® we have met or worked with. And during the time that we have gotten to know Elijah, we have found that he is just a good person overall, very down-to-earth and not pushy. We had an issue with a seller at closing where the seller didn't close their portion and the deal fell apart but Elijah got additional parties involved and revived the contract, negotiated with the seller and we were able to close two weeks later. We highly recommend using Elijah to buy or sell, whether it be personal or business, he has your best interests at heart!

We have had such a great experience with Elijah representing us on the buy-side! We have purchased properties in the area previously and didn’t have the best experience but Elijah came through for us and checked all our boxes. He’s very knowledgeable about his market and gets tuned into what his buyers are looking for. We are located out-of-state & Elijah sent us thorough video walkthroughs of the properties we were interested in, recommended any inspectors & contractors we needed, gave us good representation in the deal and was available to us when needed. He’s hard-working, honest and a pleasure to work with. We are currently shopping for another property with him:)
