Zeinab was very knowledgeable and patient - explaining the process every step of the way. She was reliable and met the needs of our schedule. If you looking for an agent that puts the TLC in customer service then look no further than Zeinab. I would proudly recommentld her to anyone.

The best decision we made was choosing Zainab as our agent! As first-time homebuyers, we had no idea what we were getting into, and Zainab made sure we never felt lost or overwhelmed. From our very first conversation, she took the time to explain every step of the process, answered every question (no matter how basic— she kept reminding us that there are no stupid questions!), and always responded quickly when we reached out. What truly set her apart was how far beyond the sale Zainab went. She guided us through finding a loan officer, securing home insurance, what to look for in the inspection, and every other piece of the puzzle we didn't even know we needed to think about. She didn't just help us find a home, she made sure we were fully prepared to actually own one. Zainab is also extremely knowledgeable of the market. She helped us understand what to look for, what to avoid, and how to position ourselves competitively without overextending. When it came time to make an offer, her negotiation skills gave us real confidence, and it paid off. But above all, she genuinely cared. Buying your first home is emotional, and she was patient, reassuring, and honest every step of the way. We never felt like just another transaction. We couldn't have done this without her. If you're looking for an agent who combines expertise, heart, and a true commitment to her clients, look no further.

Melissa Nesmith was absolutely the best! She deserves 10 stars. Melissa was with us every step of the way. She kept us up to date with everything she was doing to get us the most out of our property. Any time I would think about calling her to ask a question or get an update, she would beat me to it, like she was reading my mind but it is just because she is that good at what she does. She stayed on top of everything. I would recommend her to anyone!

Melissa knew the market and kept us abreast of the process all the way through closing.

We have had the best experience working with Melissa over past year. She is an exceptional person and agent who truly understands what it takes to build a strong relationship with her clients. We trust her completely and look forward to working with her on any future endeavors!
