Moussa is one of the few people in the market that really cares about his clients. He is an aggressive agent when it comes to selling houses and an excellent negotiator when you’re on the buy side. I would recommend him to anyone selling or buying Real Estate. His support was beyond my expectations and I would definitely choose him for my next investment.

Alisha is the best, full service, extremely knowledgeable and attentive!

My experience buying my home was rocky, but not because of Alisha, my realtor. I probably would have bailed on buying my home if not for her logical and level headed advice through the process. Both the house I sold and the one I purchased got hit by the hail last year, which pushed my closing date out 3 months and racked up a lot in extensions. Many times, the frustration was getting the better of me, even though the house was still a good deal and was getting a repair. In addition, I had no idea what I was doing since this was my first time buying a house through a conventional home loan, going through appraisals, negotiating, etc. Alisha is a true professional and was able to help me every step of the way, offering honest insight and advice; something that is rare to fine in a realtor these days from my experiences. There is a lot more than involved than I thought going through a home sale and purchase, and I’m glad she was there to help every step of the way. Thanks, Alisha!
