My experience buying my home was rocky, but not because of Alisha, my realtor. I probably would have bailed on buying my home if not for her logical and level headed advice through the process. Both the house I sold and the one I purchased got hit by the hail last year, which pushed my closing date out 3 months and racked up a lot in extensions. Many times, the frustration was getting the better of me, even though the house was still a good deal and was getting a repair. In addition, I had no idea what I was doing since this was my first time buying a house through a conventional home loan, going through appraisals, negotiating, etc. Alisha is a true professional and was able to help me every step of the way, offering honest insight and advice; something that is rare to fine in a realtor these days from my experiences.
