When I finally decided to sell my house I knew exactly what I wanted to get for it I had met with other realtors before but it wan't the the right fit. When meeting Roberto, and after he explained his 'strategy' I knew I had found the right realtor. He generated a huge interest and at the "Open House" we had several good offers right away. To make a long story short, the houses was under contract shortly there after and sold for more than I had expected and hoped for. Adelina was absolutely a pleasure to work with, she was very knowledgeable about the area, gave us great advice but never pushed us to make a decision that we were uncomfortable with, she always gave us choices & explained everything, final decision was always ours. She was always available when we had questions & always there for all inspections & stayed on top of the whole process. We actually closed a week early & were out of town, she organized for someone to come to where we were to do the closing. We also stayed a month in the house after closing and she was a great liaison between the new owner & ourselves, truly we could not have asked for a better agent. I would recommend her to anyone, I gave all my friends her card!!!
