When I finally decided to sell my house I knew exactly what I wanted to get for it I had met with other realtors before but it wan't the the right fit. When meeting Roberto, and after he explained his 'strategy' I knew I had found the right realtor. He generated a huge interest and at the "Open House" we had several good offers right away. To make a long story short, the houses was under contract shortly there after and sold for more than I had expected and hoped for.
