As a 23 year old buying my very first home completely on my own, I was so nervous going into the process but Kathy made everything surprisingly easy. From start to finish, she made my entire experience stress free aside from the normal jitters that come with buying a home. If I could describe Kathy in a few words or less I’d say shes always one step ahead lol. She works with an amazing team and connected me with every person and company I needed from inspections to closing. The communication between all parties was excellent and I never felt in the dark or overwhelmed, which made the whole process seamless.
