Brenda was always available to run interference for each bump we encountered. She was flexible with times we could look at homes, knowledgable of steps we needed to take and if she couldn't answer our questions...she knew who could. We found a wonderful new home and look forward to working with her to sell our old home.

Brenda was amazing to work with and made the home buying process a breeze! We were pretty clueless as first time home buyers, but she responded to our emails and texts promptly, scheduled showings quickly, and had great insight to share with us along the way. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars - highly recommend!

We have worked with Brenda several times. Her years of experience gives us confidence that she will point us in the right direction in terms of preparing the property for sale. She has developed professional relationships with contractors and cleaners who are available to improve properties as needed. She is spot on when it comes to arriving at a listing price. We are pleased with her services and have recommended her to many other people
