K'Netha was there for me throughout every step of my home buying experience. With it being my first time, she educated me on various builders, things to look for in a home, and made sure she understood what I was looking for in my first home purchase. She constantly kept a clear line of communication which allowed me to understand what to expect next in the process. Her professionalism was exuded by the way she handled difficult conversations, responded to me in a timely manner, and walked me through each phase of the buying process to ensure that I was prepared to close. Although it took moments of patience as well as moments of quickness and action, I am beyond happy with the home I ended up purchasing. Thank you!
