In general I thought the experience was ok. At times I wished that there was a bit more fire/hunger in an attempt to sell the home. There should have been more of an engagement with the market and the needs of potential buyers. Moreover at times it seems as if the agent did not know what to do next. So I am very happy that the agent brought on other agents, Kim and Theresa who were godsend. They got it done in less than 3 weeks. The virtual tour was not enough, a video and social media was the key to reach people. But in the end I had to go with my gut after we received a low ball offer. I am glad I did.

Jhonny was my real estate agent on a home purchase in the Charlotte area. Jhonny made the process of finding and closing on a home easy and efficient. As a first time home buyer, I didn’t know exactly what to expect, but from day one, Jhonny outlined and guided me through every step along the way. Jhonny's attention to detail, work behind the scenes, and overall guidance, feedback, and help made everything go smoothly, and with all of his work, we were able to go from initial search to close in less than two months. As a client, I always knew Jhonny had my best interests in mind, and he brings great insight and energy to the homebuying process. It was a pleasure working with Jhonny, and I recommend him to anyone purchasing a home.
