We used Richard J. Freedkin for the recent purchase of our home in Wonder Lake, IL. There were two main things that set him apart from every other realtor I’ve used. Firstly, his knowledge on not just real estate and pricing, but also on the structure and components of a home that are very important to know before buying! Secondly, communication. He was helpful and updated us step by step of the way. Even after closing, he was still there to answer all of our questions. He is a great realtor and we will definitely be using him for our next home purchase!
