Rita was a wonderful agent in our home buying journey. Despite our accelerated timeline, Rita helped us to identify our needs and wants and thoroughly evaluate many homes. As a former practicing lawyer, she insisted on doing her own careful research when we asked difficult questions rather than giving answers based on her impressions. She had a keen eye for detail and a good intuition for quality home construction. While she was always happy to see us happy, she did not hesitate to interject when she felt that we may be overlooking key elements of a property. Interpersonally, Rita was generous with her clients, answering many texts and questions from us as well as our parents. Her confident yet gentle way of explaining confusing concepts or soothing our worries was wonderful throughout a stressful process. With other realtors she was fair while at the same time shrewd, carefully identifying how to advocate for our interests while staying within the bounds of what was true and fair. We enjoyed working with her very much, and are grateful to have found a wonderful home!
