Was open to sell us a single family home and suggest we convert it to a commercial mixed residential property . Thinking out of the box. She got us a great deal and showed us how to navigate it to improve the property . ROI was excellent . The property was $500k in 2013 and we sold it with city approved plans for 1.4 . Helen made us rich ! She is the best!

I engaged Kim because she was like a family member, plus she was a minority female and I like to work with people from my community and are minority. I believe is supporting black own businesses. I owned my home for about 23 yrs so I do not have mush experience dealing with real estate agent. She did everything she said should do, took some beautiful photos of my home and eventually get it sold. Would I recommend her to some one else, sure.
