During my search for a new home, he accompanied me to every open house that I told him of, which was many. As I began to ready my condo for sale, I had a serious accident and was hospitalized for many weeks, followed by a long rehabilitation. During this time, Bob sold my condo for me. Due to his expertise, in pricing and timing, he sold it in one day, and for an amount that exceeded the asking price. He helped with all of the arrangements in both that sale and then the purchase of my new home while I was in the hospital! This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization.
