Becky really knows the Cape market and was always so quick to respond. She genuinely cared about helping us find the right home and made a point to call out the things you don’t always want to notice when you’re looking at houses, but really need to consider beyond just the positives. She took the time to answer all of our questions, walked us through each step, and made sure we always felt confident and comfortable in the process. Thanks to Becky, we found a home our family will enjoy for years to come, along with a great investment opportunity. If you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, hardworking, trustworthy, and truly understands the Cape market, I can’t recommend Becky enough.

Cindy Houlihan was wonderful to work with from day one. I felt very supported as we navigated preparation for listing the home which needed extra TLC. Cindy was a great communicator and creative problem solver, both traits very important to our success. I lived out of the area so she never hesitated to run interference and did her research to help me to have the information I needed to make tough decisions. I highly recommend Cindy if you need a skilled professional who will move your property quickly and get you top dollar.

Working with Krista was a wonderful experience. She was friendly, and professional, and answered all questions immediately. She made a remote sale run without a hitch and went the extra mile by attending the inspections for us. I would recommend Krista without hesitation for any type of home-buyer; she will put you at ease and make everything run on-time and to perfection!

Jenn was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the cape and the realty business. She’s honest and sincere and we felt very comfortable working with her. We were from out of town and demanded a lot of her time over a few days during the height of the pandemic but always felt she was there for us for what ever we needed. She was always pleasant and very responsive. Upon finding our dream house, she gave us excellent advice on putting in our offer. I don’t feel that we would have gotten our house if Jenn was not pushing for us. She has an excellent repore with other realtors. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
