Selecting Katie Hempel as your agent should be an excellent choice for your buying experience.

We recently purchased a second home on Cape Cod. It is important to have an agent with true real estate skills and experience. The real estate market is much more difficult then when I purchased my last home. Buyer competition drives the market. I am recommending Katie Hempel because she was always there with answers and ideas on how to pursue the right resolution to any problem that I presented to her. There was never a point when I didn't agree with her opinion. I often said to my wife that we are very lucky to have Katie as our agent. She was on the plus side in anything that we needed. For example, any question that I had was answered promptly with insightful ideas and advice on which direction to go. Our overall experience working with Katie was 100% positive.
