Dee was a consummate professional in handling the sale of a six acre parcel of undeveloped land. Dee knew the market exceptionally well and set the offer price at precisely the correct dollar figure - ultimately allowing for the negotiated selling price to occur at an appropriate percentage above list price. Dee was a tremendous help in sorting through the various bids, along with their respective contingencies, that came forward and played a key role in the negotiation of the final selling price. The property sale was an estate sale and I worked with Dee over the phone from out of state as the executor, not having had the pleasure of meeting with Dee prior to the transaction.
