David proved to be invaluable in the sale of my home. I reside in a different state from the home I was selling and was unable to be present throughout the process. David took it upon himself to handle all aspects of preparing the home for sale. He arranged for the home to be cleaned, identified a punch list of items that needed attention, and ensured that all issues were resolved. He also identified and contacted the HOA president to arrange payment of all outstanding dues. Throughout the process, David kept me constantly updated on the status of the sale and promptly brought any items requiring my attention to my attention. He is extremely pleasant and truly a joy to work with. He was immediately responsive to any questions I had. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to close on the house within just a couple of weeks.
