I like how quickly she responds to my texts and emails, and we moved pretty fast on our home viewings/offers, as one had to do in a competitive market. Katie was a great help in that respect, she made sure we had everything together and she always made time for us. In the past we have had an experience with a realtor that was no where near as attentive as Katie, so we now know what working with a really good one is like. I also appreciated that she was never pushy, and she guided us only in the way that we wanted or asked for. Ariel is masterful at what she does. Ariel helped me understand that she was going to be my partner in the process and to trust that it was all going to unfold exactly how it should.
