Katie is everything we were looking for in a real estate agent - knowledgeable, responsible, friendly, and extremely good at communications. I like how quickly she responds to my texts and emails, and we moved pretty fast on our home viewings/offers, as one had to do in a competitive market. Katie was a great help in that respect, she made sure we had everything together and she always made time for us. In the past we have had an experience with a realtor that was no where near as attentive as Katie, so we now know what working with a really good one is like. I also appreciated that she was never pushy, and she guided us only in the way that we wanted or asked for.
