Ariel is masterful at what she does. Ariel helped me understand that she was going to be my partner in the process and to trust that it was all going to unfold exactly how it should. When we first started looking, Ariel was extremely patient in looking at various types of properties in various neighborhoods. Ariel moved me along, but also encouraged me to make it a fun and investigative process rather than a chore or task. When we found the home I wanted to purchase, Ariel coached me on how to place myself at the perfect advantage to get my offer accepted in a bidding war. During the negotiations, Ariel remained cool, calm and collected even though the fast paced negotiations could have been a high pressure, anxiety inducing experience. I felt so well taken care of.
