I have known Ashley for over 20 years, and she has been an outstanding real estate professional for as long as I have known her. She assessed the strategy, made multiple recommendations that saved time and improved efficiency, and ultimately helped position them to secure the home for $50,000 less than they were prepared to offer. She did this simply to help, which speaks volumes about her character. I recommend Ashley without hesitation. She brings deep experience, sound judgment, and genuine integrity to everything she does, and she is exactly the type of agent you want in your corner, especially in difficult markets.

Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!

As first time homebuyers Susan was incredibly helpful. My fiance and I had a million questions about the entire process and what things are needed to concerned about in the homes we were looking at. Any time we needed something throughout the process (Home inspectors, masons, attorneys) she was always ready to give a recommendation if we asked. She truly went above and beyond what we were expecting.
