This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization. We were charged with preparing my sisters condo for sale. We met with Pat. He was experienced with prior sales in our development. His pricing was on the mark. Being close to the holidays was a concern to us, however Pat had a feel for the market and he advised us perfectly. The potential buyers were solid.
