Good across the board on knowledge of buying a home and guidance to the final offer.

There were a lot of obstacles in the way and times that I worried about actually getting this house. She had a way of calming me down and saying we will get through it. She was very kind and caring and I was so lucky to have her as my agent.

Karen Barney was the second agent we called. When the first didn't respond, we called Karen. Not only did she answer her phone but she also took action on our request immediately. She negotiated and got us the house we wanted! She is responsive, action oriented, competent and professional. You should call her.

I can’t thank Linda enough for her professionalism and input in helping me finally purchase my home in Swampscott. I have been searching for approximately a year and half and looked at many properties Linda was always there with me putting her professional input into each property, I finally knew the Boynton st Condo was a perfect fit for me and my family, I can’t thank Linda enough for her unwavering help and support.. Sincerely Lisa Marino

Lori was amazing to work with. We didn’t have a lot of time and needed a large house for a family of 7. She was warm and super easy to hit it off with. She listened to our needs and when we found what we were looking for she explained the process in full detail so there were no surprises. As first time home buyers we were nervous and she quickly put us right at ease and also never pressured us and let us make the decisions for our family. I cannot recommend Lori enough, especially to first time home buyers. You will get exactly what you need and want with Lori

Lori was a great fit for us. She was level headed and helped us through a sometimes stressful process. She showed great patience and understood this was a major decision for us and we needed time to make the right choices. Lori was very professional and never tried to change our minds on an issue. For my wife and I she went the extra mile and we couldn't have asked for more positive thoughtful person.

We moved states and Al was our agent. Holy smokes he was on his game and navigated the whole process from listing photos to fire alarms to setting up enough time after close for us to move. I could not have been more pleased with his service.
