I only gave Robin 5 stars because there are no opportunities to give her 10. The selling of my property was complex with multiple owners, complex family dynamics, and a tremendous amount of well-loved belongings and decor that had to be transplanted. Additionally, Robin was able to guide us right through what had to be repaired and updated, while being sensitive to expense. She has the unusual ability to be very punctual, multi task without compromising the quality of her work, and succinctly explain each segment of the selling process.
