This allowed us to get an early look at several of the properties ahead of of time and really refine those that we wanted to tour when open houses became available. Through the process of making multiple offers, he provided excellent guidance on the offer strategy and price points in a rapidly evolving post-covid real estate market. After the deal was done, we had a couple issues with the seller that Matt and his team rapidly triaged to get us to a final deal. We would would highly recommend him.
